Orotek sales supervisors are based in the local market and supervise the direct sales team for that market.   Working jointly and cooperatively with the local Orotek sales manager,  sales supervisors set sales goals for the DSR team, and coach and train their team members to meet and exceed those goals.  Sales supervisors serve a variety of management functions including but not limited to

 

· sales reporting

· maintaining market compliance

· managing work processes

· leading sales meetings

 

Qualified applicants must have a valid driver’s license and mobile phone.  Candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
