William S. “Trey” Brantley, III, president
With over twenty years experience in the cable industry, Trey has the expertise required to lead the transition and development of a successful communications company focused on revenue maximization without losing focus on the customer. Starting out as an installer in the early 80s, Trey has held positions in technical, sales, marketing and operations as he moved up the ranks of the cable industry. He has worked at and with major MSOs such as Summit Communications, Rifkin and Associates, Rigel Communications, MediaOne, AT&T and Comcast, as well as starting a successful PCO (private cable operator) serving MDUs (multi-family dwelling units) and other private residential communities.

Scott McDonald, vice president of finance
Scott serves as Orotek’s VP of finance and is responsible for overseeing all day to day functions. Scott has spent 20 years in the cable television industry starting his career with a small SMATV operator as well as Wometco Cable TV, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband. Scott’s background includes experience in the areas of programming contract negotiations, collections, accounting, projects control management, and process improvement. Additionally, Scott worked with PricewaterhouseCopers, LLP where he primarily focused on process improvement and regulatory compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 for the communications industry. His clients included Adelphia, Susquehanna, MCI, BellSouth, Turner and AOL. Prior to Orotek, he served in the capacity of Director of Programming for a small MSO. An Atlanta native, Scott graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and is a Certified Public Accountant.
